This is a song about the crappiness of apartment living...specifically, it's about having noisy neighbors that play dumb music and have parties all the time, with no consideration for the fact that another human being is on the other side of their very thin wall being tortured by the noise. I think a lot o' people can probably relate to this.

The lyrics are:

I'm getting tired of their voices

My head is constantly aching

My dumb neighbors play dumb music
And I really hate them, and I might lose it

And if they don't cut it out, they'll get skinned
This is why I don't own a gun

But these people stink: They make me mad

And I hate all the music
That they play – I might lose it
They don't have consideration
And I lost all my patience
