Last Day of 2025

When people say, "Thank God this year is over - it's ring in the new year," I feel like they're tempting fate...like, remember when people were all, "Thank God 2019 is over - yay, 2020"? Then there was Covid. Let's not tempt fate this time around.

Gloomy Gus Song 4 and a Half

I recorded this song on Christmas, and as of last night didn't really think it went with the rest o' them; but it fits nicely, nestled between song 4 and song 5. The song 6 one I'm a little ambivalent about; either I'll figure out how to use pitch correction or have another go at it.

Actually, if you follow this, I did an initial version of a song with this melody a while back but didn't know what it was supposed to be about, and stuff. This song seems to belong here in this here album. Yeah, man. Yeah. Although I kinda like the old version of it, too.

I wanted to do a 4th Christmas song this year, so that I'd have 4 Christmas songs. Then it makes a nice, well-rounded, square-shaped Christmas song cycle.

Poor Gloomy Gus; he sure is gloomy. He's thinking about what his epitaph will eventually say, but he can't come up with any ideas. (This is the 4th song in the Gloomy Gus and the Forest That's About to Die album).

I must confess - whoops - I accidentally plagiarized part of a rap from another song o' mine. I didn't realize it till after the fact. Oh well, I guess it's legal if it's your own self that you're copying from.

Post-script: The player at the very bottom is a slightly tweaked version where I got RID OF THE OUT OF TUNE VOCALS - Arrrrrghghghgggghhghgghhghghgh. Maybe I'll looking into some pitch correction devices, ha ha.  As usual the MP4 version of the song has a big, dumb, long pause at the end cuz the MP4 converter online thingy wants to do that for some reason. 

Part of the Theme Song of the Hell: Part 2 Movie

The first part (before the rapping comes in) is gonna be part of the sound track of the movie I'm working on. It's gonna be in 3 parts; the first part o'' the movie is already on YouTube (make sure the player thingy is on high definition if you choose to watch it). Part 2 is still in a bunch of wee, bite-sized installments that I'm eventually gonna put together just like I did for Hell Part 1 and upload onto YouTube (and maybe other places). Anyway, this is a fragment of a song I wrote in 2023; it's a song that's kind of the theme song of Hell: Part 2. Boodles the Poodle is in Hell: Part 2.
