This is the next song in the possession album. In this song, Father O'Malley has talked to the fire gods in the sun, and he's passing their message along to everybody. (Or, I mean, he didn't go to the sun to talk to them - they're in the sun, and he talked to them, the same way he talks to angels and God and stuff, when he prays like regular).
The lyrics are:
I am Father O'Malley, and I am a priest, who's unconventionalI am usin' my talent to talk to the fire gods in the sun: Here's what I've been told
They told me that they are not angry
Quite to the contrary, they sang these
Words to me – they said they would like to
Tell our friend … we'd like to see you
This is what they told me, and this is their story now
Now, now, now, now
This is what they told me, and this is their story now
Now, now, now, now
You didn't know it
You didn't know it
We all ran into this thing
That make our hearts start to sting
We burned too much and we feel bad
The weather's changing down there
And it does not seem too fair
Cuz starting fires makes us get sad
You didn't know it
You didn't know it
But we are all in the same boat
You can come home again
To us, your fire god frieends
We'll welcome you into the fold
Come on back up to the sun
Where we have feeling well-done
Our home that burns and sings in gold
You didn't know it
You didn't know it
But we are all in the same boat
Here's the alternative player thingy, in case the one up top doesn't work on your portable electronic device, laptop, or desktop computer:
