Here's a song I'm doing today (8/9/2025) but putting on a timer so there'll be a song that goes live in a week cuz I might not get a chance to do music next week. 

This song is about the massive poopy writer's block I'm experiencing, and it's kind of crappy. I guess a crappy song about doing crappy songs is a fine thing. I miss my drunk church. I hope they come back to me. Maybe they're standing behind me and I don't know it.

Half Blind for Movie

I'm having another friend-visit the weekend I have this song scheduled to go live. Just wanna keep the momentum going of song-posting-goodness. I don't know if one of these is going to be the final version or not; I might try again cuz my voice is janky today. It's gonna be the song for a little mini music video in the movie I'm makin'. The definitive version of this song was recorded way back in 2023.

 Edit: Yeah, there was one word in the rap that was kind of hard to understand cuz I got the syllables all wrong, in terms of emphasis, so I fixed it in Mix 2. The melody o' this song came in a dream, and I'll probably use this melody later on, maybe something with sadder lyrics, in a Loosey Goosey Lucifer song or something to that effect. But I'm kinda cool with this version of it, cuz it's kind of sad in its own right.

 I'm posting this a week in advance and I'm putting it on a timer so it goes live next Friday (Today's July 26, 2025). I'm gonna be havin' company the next 2 weekends, so here's something for next week (which will be this week by the time it goes life). 

I was fixin' to make some coffee, when this song came to me. Oddly, I was able to get all the way down to middle C in my singin'. Usually D or E are the bottom of my vocal range, or F on bad days.

 There're people falling down a hole in the movie I'm making; theme music of that scene is an instrumental version of an old song that I turned around backwards in Audacity. I'm all, huh, I kinda like that backward melody; so I made a song with that melody, along with a little hook that came from a dream. It's kinda sorta about that scene a little bit. Or, in any event, it's a song about people falling down a hole together.
